This wine is 100%Cabernet Sauvignon from the Friesen Vineyard in the Texas High Plains. Great served with mushrooms, grilled vegetables, and beef stew and rich cheeses like Bleu and Gorganzola.
A beautiful crimson colored, full-bodied wine with hints of black cherry and plum and raspberry on the palate.
Aged in American Oak. 221 cases made.
