Notes of Black Currant, Leather, Smoke, Cranberry, and Dark Chocolate with some Vanilla and a hint of Bourbon.
This wine will be aged for 6 months minimum in Garrison Bros. Bourbon Barrels.
This wine pairs well with fatty foods such as Prime Rib, Ribeye Steaks, Creamy fatty cheeses and desserts. Enjoy sipping this wine after dinner or enjoy with a nice cigar.
