Barrel Fermented and Aged in both neutral oak and Acacia barrels. Very crisp clean full bodied white wine. Notes of tropical fruit such as banana and guava.
Wonderful notes hay, nuts, a soft minerality, pear and honey.
Pairs well with cream sauces, shrimp, and hard and soft cheeses
