This off-dry wine is aromatic, refreshing, and perfect for picnics. Hints of passion fruit, grapefruit and strawberry.
This Piquette is made by putting the skins of grapes that have been pressed off through a second fermentation by adding water, yeast, acid, and sugar and then pressed off again. This results in a lower alcohol wine.
